Generative AI Policy

HOXES uses generative AI—such as ChatGPT—as a supportive tool to assist in the creation of text, images, or videos. That said, we operate under the following guidelines to ensure accuracy, creativity, and integrity in all published content.

Policy on Text Generation

We may use AI tools to generate outlines or summaries, but the final writing, restructuring, and wording are handled by the editorial process. When AI output does not align with our editorial direction, tone, or intent, necessary revisions or adjustments are made. We do not label AI-generated segments within articles or social media posts, but all expressions are reviewed and refined by a human.

Policy on Image and Video Generation

We may also use generative AI to assist with images and videos. Any content created in this way is adjusted or reconstructed to reflect our editorial intent and brand tone, and consistency with the overall expression is confirmed during the editing process.

Editorial Responsibility

We take responsibility for fact-checking, structure, and the final expression of all published content. We also ensure that AI-generated material does not unduly resemble or infringe upon existing works or copyrighted materials. Generative AI tools are primarily used as a support tool, and all final editorial decisions are made through human judgment.
